Participants may be required to complete additional waivers or acknowledgments prior to participation.

Volunteers
Volunteers support Ride to Survive on a voluntary basis and are not employees of the organization. Ride to Survive is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred by volunteers while participating in volunteer activities, except where required by law.
Volunteers are expected to act respectfully and in alignment with the organization’s mission and values.

Merchandise
Merchandise purchases are subject to availability. Ride to Survive is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Return and exchange requests are reviewed on a case by case basis. Only items clearly marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
